Private dining

A private cheffor dinner at home.

Relaxed, seasonal dinners in your own home. You host and enjoy your guests. I cook, serve and clear down.

Restaurant cooking, without leaving the house.

A birthday, an anniversary, friends you haven't seen in too long, or simply a Saturday you want to make something of. Private dining brings the cooking and the service to you, so you get the evening and none of the work.

I'll plan a menu around your guests and the season, arrive with everything prepared to finish in your kitchen, and serve each course at the table. When the last plate goes back, the washing up is done and your kitchen is as I found it.

Questions

How much does a private chef cost in Northern Ireland?

It depends on the menu, the number of guests and how you'd like it served. Every Ten Tables quote is priced per head and itemised, so you can see exactly what's included. Send a message with your date and numbers and I'll put a quote together for you.

What's included?

Planning the menu with you, buying every ingredient, cooking in your kitchen, plating, serving at the table and clearing down afterwards. You set the table and enjoy your guests. If you're short of plates or glasses, I can arrange hire.

Do you bring your own equipment?

I bring knives, specialist kit and everything needed to serve. I use your oven, hob and some fridge space, and I'll ask about your kitchen beforehand so there are no surprises on the night.

Can you provide drinks?

I don't sell alcohol, but I'm happy to suggest wines to suit your menu and to serve drinks you provide.
